A retractable stand does one job well, get a message up fast and take it down just as fast. The Deluxe model is built for that, an adjustable pole and wide chrome-accented base that sets up in seconds and stores in a carrying bag when the event’s over.

Single-sided works for most placements, a booth backdrop, a lobby corner, anywhere people are mostly viewing from one direction. Double-sided makes sense when the stand sits in open floor space, a walkway, an aisle, somewhere people pass by from either side.

The Mini Table Top is a different scale entirely, a smaller version built for counters and registers rather than floor space. It’s the right call when you need branded visibility in a tight footprint, not a full backdrop.

Both Deluxe stands print on UV fabric, a durable, curl-free material that holds sharp color without the wrinkling or edge-curl issues cheaper materials run into over repeated use. The Mini Table Top prints on vinyl instead, sized for its smaller footprint. Other materials are available on request if either standard option isn’t the right fit for your project.

What Makes a Banner File Print-Ready

Retractable stand graphics need different setup than a flat banner, since part of the printed area gets tucked into the base when the stand is retracted. Safety margins matter here more than almost anywhere else, roughly 1 inch at the top and 3 inches at the bottom needs to stay clear of critical text or logos, so nothing important gets hidden inside the hardware.

Vector files, like AI, EPS, or PDF, hold up best for sharp text and logos. High-resolution images work too, as long as they’re built at full size from the start.

Bleed still matters, extend your background color or image slightly past the edge so nothing leaves a white gap once it’s trimmed and installed.

Turnaround Expectations

Standard Deluxe and Mini Table Top orders typically take 5 business days from design approval. Double-sided orders and custom configurations like X-stands or tension fabric stands may take a bit longer, since they’re built on request rather than kept in standard stock.

Does the Mini Table Top Stand come with a carrying case too?

No, the Mini Table Top Stand doesn't include a carrying case. Our Deluxe stands do come with one for easy transport and storage.

Do you offer sizes other than 33" x 81"?

Yes, other sizes and configurations are available upon special request. Let us know what you need and we'll quote it.

Can I get an X-stand or tension fabric stand instead?

Yes, both are available as special-request options outside our standard stocked lineup.

Is UV fabric better than vinyl for a retractable stand?

UV fabric resists curling and holds color well over repeated use, which is why our Deluxe stands use it. Vinyl works well for smaller formats like the Mini Table Top.
